The visit

Enterprise, skills and finance in one conversation

Lake Front Fisheries welcomed the Investing in Women in the Blue Economy in Kenya Project Steering Committee for a practical field engagement.

The delegation toured pond and hatchery systems, heard directly from the farm team and project participants, and discussed the conditions women-led enterprises need to grow.

Conversations covered fingerling production, grow-out operations, access to capital and the role of coordinated partnerships in scaling inclusive aquaculture.
